We stand behind every product we make. If you’re not completely satisfied within 60 days of your purchase,
contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.


How to Request a Refund
• Email us at support@everwell-naturalshealth.com within 60 days of your original purchase date.
• Include your order number and a brief note on why you’re returning (this helps us improve — but it’s not required to get your refund).
• We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with your return shipping instructions.

Returns
Once you receive your return instructions, ship the item(s) back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
We accept returns of both opened and unopened bottles. You do not need to finish the product or send back an
empty bottle to qualify for a refund.

Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your
original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days
for the credit to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, email us at support@everwell-naturalshealth.com with your
order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right immediately — no return required.
